AI Pilot/PoX/Implementation
Successful AI implementation is not just about having the right technology. It is a combination of strategy, data, tools and expertise. Minntek and IBM have the support and services available to execute an AI strategy for your business problem.
Pilot Programs
A no-cost IBM multi-disciplinary team and expertise to jointly innovate and rapidly prove generative AI solutions to your business needs, leveraging watsonx.
In the end a client receives a model that delivers the agreed upon pilot scope. Confidence that generative AI with watsonx can deliver a technical solution to your compelling business needs with trust and meeting your enterprise requirements.
Collaborate with IBM industry and domain SMEs to identify a use case, business value, scope and success criteria:
- Design a technical solution leveraging watsonx and determine the data needed and sources available
- Build the use case scope
- Evaluate how the AI model performs & delivers business value
- Gain hands-on experience with generative AI using watsonx
- Build a business case with IBM input
- Co-create an adoption plan
Proof of Experience
The IBM AI Proof of Experience (PoX) is a hands-on, accelerated engagement designed to demonstrate the value of AI quickly and practically. It’s part of IBM’s Client Engineering approach and serves as a fast-track way for organizations to see AI in action using their own data and business context.
The AI Proof of Experience is a short, collaborative engagement (usually a few weeks) where IBM works directly with a client to:
- Explore a specific AI use case
- Rapidly build a prototype or minimum viable product (MVP)
- Prove technical feasibility and business value
It’s not just a demo — it’s a real build using real data, designed to show what AI can do for your specific use case.
Client Engineering
IBM Client Engineering is a specialized team that collaborates directly with clients to co-create innovative technology solutions, often using IBM’s latest software, cloud, AI, and automation tools. They work hands-on with clients to build prototypes, proofs of concept (PoC), and MVP (minimum viable products) tailored to specific business challenges.
Using agile methodologies and design thinking, Client Engineering helps accelerate innovation and reduce time-to-value—so clients can test ideas quickly before making big investments.
Think of them as innovation partners that help clients imagine, build, and scale solutions quickly with real business impact.
